After it is normal, install the foot positioning pin and tighten the foot bolt for a load test to consider whether the entire machine meets the performance requirements of the technical specifications.
There are still many requirements for the installation of the mining hoist winch. Here are the selection principles for the installation foundation of the winch:
1. The installation site of the dispatch winch should be flat, spacious, and easy to operate and observe.
2.The installation position of the underground mining winch on the construction site is 15 meters away from the stop position of the heavy object.
3. The centerline of the drum should be consistent with the centerline of the pulley's slide or the centerline of the mining car's hook, and efforts should be made to be perpendicular to the centerline of the winch.
4.When using a dispatch winch with high mobility, a wooden board or channel steel can be used as the chassis, and the winch can be fastened to it, and then the chassis can be fixed with a ground anchor. The fixation should be stable and reliable, so that there is no obvious vibration during the operation of the mining hoist winch.
5. Fixed long-term use winches should be installed on concrete foundations.
